I come from a long line of forefathers who were builders and doers.

My family farm was started in 1887 by a one-legged pioneer who refused to quit. That same grit — the kind that gets up early, figures things out, and makes progress no matter the weather — runs deep in my blood.
Over the years, I’ve carried that spirit into helping small businesses and founders move from survive to thrive. It’s rarely glamorous work. Most of the time it’s pick-and-shovel effort — rolling up sleeves, sorting through the chaos, and finding the creative, sometimes scrappy way to get things done.
That’s where I shine. I’m the one who gets curious enough to really understand the problem, resourceful enough to find an answer, and impatient enough to want to start yesterday.
